12.09.2017 – Tea ☕️
I was never a huge tea drinker until my sister managed to convert me recently, and now I find myself drinking over a litre a day. It’s the ultimate noncaloric snack replacement, and almost anything can be done to change its flavour. Tea appears a lot on everyone’s tips for curbing a craving, but it’s always the same green tea, so I decided to make a post of my own about my favourite teas.
🥀Roselle/Hibiscus/Red tea – probably the prettiest looking tea ever, loose flowers only, filled with vitamin C and antioxidants, a bit sour but nothing will match it aesthetically
🥀Echium tea – I lied because this will match roselle tea pretty well in terms of aesthetics but it’s a deep violet instead of scarlet, much less sour, also a loose floral tea
🥀Jasmine tea – this one is a lot less sharp but very calming and cleansing to me, actually comes in teabags unlike other floral teas !! (quick to prep)
🥀Chamomile tea – the ultimate companion for a cold day and huddling with a blanket, also pleasing scent
🥀Berry tea(s) – sometimes you just need a very sweet tea without added sugar
🥀Vanilla coconut matcha – sometimes you need an extremely sweet tea with a crapton of added sugar!!
🥀Black tea – tastes rancid but if you’re going to do tea leaf divination there’s nothing better ;)
🥀Green tea – you all know and love this classic already
☕️ Happy drinking ☕️
